Herbert Edward Figgures

Travelled down to Lymington on his Trusty steed

He liked it here so much that he bought a shop,

That was 123 High street in 1904.

In 1905 he opened up in 124 as well.

It’s still in the family 3 generations later, through the Hendersons to the Burridges.

We offer various types of bikes from Kids to Electric, servicing, Maintenance, repairs, parts & accessories and cycling safety gear. 

Toys Galore for the young and old,  the anxious and the explorers.

Yarn / wool for the local hobbyist and crafters alike.

I believe this was just before it was purchased by Figgures in 1905

It's Now A lovely little Coffee shop called LOUNGES

I haven't managed to date this one other than pre 1904 this is 123 High street (figgures Toys)on the left and 122 (Lounges) going up the hill.
